Anastasia concentrates on finance law and secured transactions. She also advises on general corporate and commercial law.

She has been involved in a number of financings by international financial institutions of Russian companies, due diligence reviews of Russian companies and has experience in mergers and acquisitions.

During 2004-2005, she worked in the Budapest office of White & Case, where she was involved in international financing transactions, as well as share and asset acquisitions of Hungarian companies.
