Practice Experience
Ms. Andreeva is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate and Financial Services department. Her primary practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, bank finance, and aircraft leasing transactions as well as general corporate work.
Significant recent experience includes: a sale of all outstanding shares of Gamma Master China, Limited and certain assets of Leadform Est. Ltd; a joint venture between Basic Energy (BVI) Ltd. and Consorcio Energético Punta Cana-Macao, S.A. to purchase shares of two Dominican energy companies; a $500,000,000 syndicated revolving loan for Standard Chartered Bank as Administrative Agent; a $250,000,000 syndicated term loan facility for BBVA Securities, Inc. as lead arranger; a lease of up to six Embraer aircraft for Aerolitoral, S.A. de C.V.; a lease of three Boeing aircraft for Aerovías de México, S.A. de C.V.
Anna graduated
cum laude
from the University of Miami School of Law in May 2005. While in law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Board and participated in interschool moot court competitions, such as the Conrad B. Duberstein Bankruptcy Competition in New York. Anna was the author of an article on Class Action Fairness Act of 2005 published in the University of Miami Law Review (April 2005 issue), where she also served as an Articles and Comments Editor. She is a member of the Order of the Coif.
