Practice Experience
Aleksandra Bańkowska focuses on banking, civil and commercial law in her practice. She advises banking sector clients on credit transactions and drafting facility agreements and security documents.

She has been involved in some large project finance transactions on the real property market, shipbuilding industry financing transactions in Poland and acquisition finance transactions.

Aleksandra Bańkowska is also experienced in advising banks on their by-laws and banking product documents. The documents which she has helped to draw up were addressed to individual clients, for whom consumer regulations are of particular significance. She has also advised banks on the legal concept of outsourcing structures.

Before joining White & Case, Aleksandra Bańkowska was on a number of internships at Polish and international law firms.

She graduated from the Warsaw University School of Law and from Cardiff University (Diploma in Legal Studies). Currently, Aleksandra Bańkowska is studying at the British Centre for the Study of English and European Law in Warsaw.

Aleksandra Bańkowska is fluent in English. She is also able to communicate in Spanish.
