Audrey Coker is an associate in the Firm's Banking & Capital Markets Group in London. Audrey's experience includes advising banks in relation to finance transactions and general bank lending. Audrey has recently spent some time on secondment at a major investment bank.

Acting for Deutsche Bank AG London as Initial Lender, Mandated Lead Arranger, Underwriter and Bookrunner in relation to the €355 million senior and €50 million second lien financing for the acquisition by Oaktree Capital Management LLC, via a newly incorporated company, of Richmond Foods plc (a UK-listed company and the largest ice cream manufacturer in the UK by volume) by way of a scheme of arrangement and the subsequent combination of the Richmond Group with the Roncadin Group (an existing portfolio of Oaktree with ice cream operations in Germany, France and Poland) for a total deal value of €530 million (which includes €123.5 million of equity);

Acting for the management team in relation to their buy-out of the Adare Printing Group and its subsidiaries, which operate as a printing and publishing group. The MBO was financed in part by term and revolving credit facilities in the amount of £117 million and a working capital facility in the amount of £7 million, each provided by The Governor and Company of the Bank of Scotland;

Acting for BNP Paribas and Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC, as lead arrangers, for the US$2.9 billion international fleet bridge loan facilities backing the sponsor group's acquisition comprising Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc., The Carlyle Group and Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity to help finance their US$15 billion acquisition of The Hertz Corporation. The international fleet bridge loan facilities provide financing in 12 countries; and

Acting for Citigroup, Credit Suisse First Boston, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan as Mandated Lead Arrangers and Underwriters of the €3.8 billion senior financing provided to the Jefferson Smurfit Group, an Irish-based manufacturer of paper-based packaging products, in connection with its merger with Kappa Packaging, a Netherlands-based manufacturer of packaging products.
