Practice Experience

Andries De Smet joined White & Case in October 2007. His practice includes banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and corporate law. He has also advised financial institutions and corporations on venture capital and private equity.

He was admitted to the Brussels Bar in October 2007.

During his studies, Andries participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

Andries is a part-time teaching assistant to Professor Dirix of the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
