Mr. Gahtan's practice is in intellectual property litigation, with a recent focus in pharmaceutical patent litigation. He has also litigated biotechnology patent cases, trademark and false advertising cases in different industries, and copyright cases in the music and other industries. In addition, Mr. Gahtan has advised authors in the negotiation of film and television production agreements, merchandising agreements, and traditional and non-traditional publishing agreements.
