At present, she is advising a large US retailer with its operations in China, including entity set up, leases, tax advice and ecommerce.

Her practice focuses on advising companies on all aspects of investing in China with structuring, negotiation and approval advice. She also advises clients investing in the US from Asia.

Anna Han has served as an expert witness on numerous cases involving issues of Chinese law and US corporate governance norms.

Anna is a frequent speaker on Chinese law and has delivered talks on various topics in China, Japan, and the US.  She has guest lectured at such schools as Stanford University, University of California at Berkeley, Hong Kong University and Sophia University (Japan).  She has been an invited speaker to organizations such as the Commonwealth Club, US China Business Council, Computer Law Association, American Bar Association, State Bar of California and World Affairs Council.
