Practice Experience
Ms. Hanstead is an associate in the Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Practice Groups of the New York office.
Ms. Hanstead represents clients in complex patent litigations and commercial disputes, in both federal and state courts, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. She has significant experience with Hatch-Waxman-related litigation.
Ms. Hanstead also advises clients with respect to the intellectual property and regulatory aspects of transactional matters in the pharmaceutical industry. Ms. Hanstead’s experience includes conducting due diligence investigations and drafting license agreements.
