Practice Experience
Adele Hogan is a partner in White & Case's Securities group.  Her practice involves securities transactions, M&A transactions, restructuring and general corporate matters.

In the securities area, Ms. Hogan has worked for underwriters and issuers in a wide array of industries on offerings of diverse types of securities, including investment grade debt, IPOs of common stock, trust preferred securities, medium-term note programs, 144A offerings, debt tenders, and consent solicitations. 

Throughout her career, Ms. Hogan has worked on over 125 offerings totaling over $200 billion.  She has also advised major investment banks on corporate governance and compliance issues, financial reporting and disclosure and stock exchange.

In 2008, 2007 and 2006, Ms. Hogan was ranked as a "leading individual" in the field of capital markets in Chambers USA. The Capital Markets/Securities Practice has also been recognized by legal publications worldwide including Chambers USA, IFLR 1000, Legal 500 UK and PLC Which Lawyer.

Ms. Hogan is currently Chairman of the Securities Regulation Committee of the New York City Bar and is the former Chairman of the Financial Reporting Committee of the New York City Bar.  In addition, she is on the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section of the New York State Bar and is a member of the Federal Securities Law Committee of the American Bar Association. 

She is a frequent speaker on securities regulation issues at programs sponsored by Practising Law Institute, Bloomberg and the New York City Bar Center for CLE.  She has also served as an Adjunct Law Professor at Fordham Law School.
