Practice Experience

Andrew Jackson is counsel in the Firm's Private Clients Practice. He advises high-net-worth individuals and families in sophisticated international and domestic estate planning, administration and related litigation matters.

His experience includes advice on complex estate and trust administration issues, high-stake will contests, family business planning, the creation and use of family trust companies, charitable trusts and private foundations, and tax planning for families with multi-jurisdictional contacts, including the use of inbound and outbound foreign trusts. He also advises institutional fiduciaries and tax-exempt organizations.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Jackson specialized in Trust & Estates law at major law firms in West Palm Beach and New York.
