Practice Experience

Amy advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate matters.

She has advised on a wide range of transactions with both national and international dimensions, and has experience in due diligence, drafting and negotiating warranties, indemnities and operative provisions in sale agreements.

Before joining White & Case in 2005, Amy worked in the employment practice of the London office of an international law firm, with particular experience relating to bonus and incentive arrangements, outsourcing, breach of contract, discrimination and employment issues relating to mergers and acquisitions.
