Representative recent and current transactions include:

Assisting in advising the Project Company and its Sponsors on the financing of Saudi Arabia’s US$3,5 billion Marafiq IWPP facility, the world’s largest IWPP transaction to date.

Assisting in the representation of Gulf Total Tractebel Power Company on US$1.1 billion refinancing of a water and power project in Abu Dhabi.

Assisting in the representation of HSH Nordbank AG in connection with various a real estate financings in Russia.

Assisting in the representation of the arrangers in the EUR200 million medium term secured loan facility to a Russian borrower.

Assisting in the representation of ABC International Bank in connection with financing for the redevelopment and expansion of the Al Waddan Hotel in Libya, the first limited recourse international financing to fund in Lybia.

Assisting in the representation of EBRD on various transactions including the EBRD trade facilitation programme, various financings in Russia and multiple bank to bank credit facilities in Western Balkans.
