Practice Experience
Annica Lindegren heads the Bank Finance Practice in Germany. She has significant experience in cross-border and domestic leveraged buyouts with senior, second lien, mezzanine and high-yield structures as well as in public-to-private acquisitions, in each case acting for arranging financial institutions and equity investors.
Annica Lindegren has been involved in some of the most high-profile transactions in the German market. Annica Lindegren also has a broad range of experience in single bank and syndicated loans, both secured and unsecured, in each case acting for financing banks and borrowers. In addition, she has experience in project finance, securitization, NPL transactions and other capital market products.
Before joining White & Case in January 2001, Annica Lindegren worked for more than nine years in the Finance Practice of a leading British law firm.
