Practice Experience

Ania is an associate in the London Intellectual Property group. She joined the group from the London Corporate department of White & Case where she assisted on M&A transactions. Since joining the group she has been involved on the IP side of corporate and financing deals.

Some of the matters Ania assisted in are listed below:

Drafting and negotiating trade mark licence agreements in a share sale of a leading television broadcasting company in India;
Conducting due diligence of the IP portfolio and negotiation of IP issues in a sale of a major Turkish confectionery producer;
Conducting due diligence of the IP portfolio and negotiation of patent licences in a sale of an international foodservice and bakery equipment manufacturer;
Advising on IP aspects of the security documentation in an international oil & gas project;
Advising on cross-European enforcement proceedings in a defamation action; and
Reviewing technology transfer agreements for a leading global aluminium supplier.

Ania also gives pro bono advice and assistance in all commercial and IP matters to the Homeless World Cup Foundation.
