Anders Reldén specializes in Swedish and international commercial arbitration and litigation. He has represented Swedish and foreign corporations including Sweden's three largest construction companies, several listed companies and various state entities, including the Swedish State and the State of Ukraine. He also regularly serves as arbitrator in various commercial matters.

Prior to joining White & Case in 1999, Anders was an associate with a Swedish law firm, after which he worked in the Swedish court system, including four years with Svea Court of Appeal, the main Swedish court of appeal, and two years with a district court.

According to Chambers Global 2011 Anders is "[m]ethodical and very structured, he puts together strategy like a chess player."

In Legal 500 2011 Anders is described as "highly competent" and listed as a leading individual in the area of dispute resolution.

Recent experience includes:

• Representation of a company from Eastern Europe in an ICC arbitration regarding alleged breaches of contract for the construction of mobile telecommunications networks involving site acquisition (eg. design and legal permitting) civil construction, and equipment installation.
• Representation of a major telecommunications company in a multi party SCC arbitration in relation to a shareholder's agreement involving Eastern Europe.
• Representation of the Swedish Premium Pension Authority in an ad hoc arbitration regarding claims from a supplier arising out of the Authority's cancellation of an order for a new It-system.
• Representation of one of Sweden's biggest construction companies in an ad hoc arbitration regarding claims under a construction contract.
• Representation of a major soft drink supplier in ad hoc arbitration against a joint venture regarding claims related to the Swedish deposit system.
• Representation of another of Sweden's biggest construction companies in Swedish court proceedings regarding claims under a construction contract.
• Representation of the Swedish state in litigation over claims from a bankruptcy estate based on alleged abuse of powers by the state.
• Representation of the Swedish state in litigation over claims from a public relations company relating to a project in South Africa.
• Representation of a Swedish municipality in litigation in Swedish courts regarding claims under a construction contract.
• Representation of a state owned company in litigation in the Swedish courts over a dispute relating to the cancellation of an agreement for administration of real estate.
• Representation of an Indian company in a dispute regarding a breach of contract concerning an offset printing press.
• Acting as counsel to an Eastern European company in an international SCC arbitration regarding claims under inter alia a purchase agreement and a transit agreement. The dispute is conducted in English.
• Acting as counsel for a major construction company in international arbitration proceedings under the ICC rules regarding claims under a construction agreement for the construction of a hospital.
• Representation of one of Sweden's biggest construction companies in Swedish court proceedings regarding claims under a construction contract.
• Representation of one of Sweden's biggest construction companies in insurance claim proceedings.
• Acting as arbitrator in various squeeze-out proceedings.
• Acting as arbitrator in various ad hoc arbitrations arising out of construction contracts.
• Serving as a jointly appointed sole arbitrator in a commercial dispute between a Swedish and an American company regarding claims under a consultancy agreement.
• Serving as chairman in ICC proceedings regarding claims under a license and support agreement.
• Serving as chairman in international arbitration proceedings under the SCC rules regarding claims for delivery of goods.
