Practice Experience
Mr. Thakore is an associate in the Firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group. His practice is focused in the area of patent litigation and he represents clients in complex patent infringement litigations, including lawsuits in the pharmaceutical industry arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act.
Mr. Thakore also conducts due diligence investigations on patents, including patent validity and infringement assessments in a variety of technical disciplines. He also assists clients with the prosecution of patent applications concerning biomedical devices.
Mr. Thakore has also represented U.S. corporations in commercial litigation disputes in New York state court.
