Global law firm White & Case LLP advised the placement agents in the US$4.1 billion (approximately R$6.7 billion) initial public offering of OGX Petróleo e Gás Participações S.A. This offering was the largest in the history of Latin America and was named Corporate Finance Deal of the Year 2008 by Latin Lawyer.
