Mark Bagnall Named Top Corporate Finance Dealmaker of the Year

Daily Business Review named White & Case partner Mark Bagnall in our Miami office "The Top Corporate Finance Dealmaker of the Year" for his work representing Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and 17 other underwriters in the $12.17 billion public offering by the Companhia Vale do Rio Doce, one of the world's largest metals and mining companies. In this transaction, the largest-ever equity offering by a Latin American issuer, Vale offered and sold 256,926,766 common shares, including common shares in the form of ADSs, and 189,063,218 preferred class A shares, including preferred class A shares in the form of ADSs.
