Firm Advises on Winning Aviation Deal

Airfinance Journal awarded the Air New Zealand deal, on which White & Case served as legal counsel,"Asia Pacific Deal of the Year 2006". Robert Grondine led the White & Case team, which included Keiko Tashiro, Simon Collins and Frances Coats in Tokyo and Justin Benson in London, advising ING as arranger and co-lender, together with BNP Paribas, on this Japanese operating lease financing of one B-777-200ER aircraft for Air New Zealand, incorporating New Zealand dollar debt for the first time.
