Practice Experience
Börries Ahrens advises clients on all aspects of EU and German competition law. He frequently represents clients in merger control proceedings before the EU Commission and the Bundeskartellamt.
Dr. Ahrens also defends clients in antitrust investigations and court disputes, and advises on all aspects of joint ventures and distribution schemes. He also helps companies to maintain effective antitrust compliance programs.
His recent industry experience includes machinery, pharmaceuticals, trade, automotive and cinemas.
