Practice Experience
Björn Theis concentrates on individual and collective labor law. He advises enterprises as well as individual managers on employment contract matters and represents them before court in any employment-related action. His experience also covers transaction-related labor law.

Additionally, Mr. Theis' areas of practice cover the entire spectrum of social law. He has wide experience in questions of fake self employment and of contribution obligations to social insurance of shareholding managing directors.

Furthermore, Mr. Theis advices in corporate law, with special focus on the law of sales agents. He also practices in the area of civil law in general and is often consulted in cases concerning drafting and examining of general terms and conditions.

He advises particularly international companies doing business in Germany on all questions regarding immigration. Mr. Theis has very good contacts to the local authorities and has gained a lot of experience with IT greencard procedures.
