Practice Experience
Mr. Woodard is a member of the Firm's Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Practice Groups, concentrating in the area of intellectual property litigation. Mr. Woodard has trial and appellate experience before US federal and state courts in a wide spectrum of intellectual property disputes, including patent, copyright, and trademark matters. Mr. Woodard has extensive experience representing pharmaceutical clients in Hatch-Waxman patent litigation, as well as providing litigation and counseling services to prominent clients in the sports and media-related industries. Mr. Woodard also has experience practicing before the US International Trade Commission, and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the US Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Woodard has also litigated commercial civil disputes at the trial and appellate levels before US federal and state courts, including significant experience representing clients in complex antitrust and unfair competition matters in multidistrict litigation.
