Christel Alberti has been an associate in the tax team of the Corporate department of the Paris office since June 2005. Her principal areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, international tax planning, cross-border structured financing and corporate tax advice.

Mrs. Alberti has developed experience in acquisition schemes, assistance of corporations in their day-to-day activities and in the course of their tax audits and litigations. She deals with all aspects of corporate taxation, VAT and other local taxes, as well as global individual income tax issues.

Prior to joining White & Case, she worked as an associate in the tax department of another leading law firm for three years.
