UK Qualified M&A Lawyer - Prague (2–3 yrs.)

Our M&A and private equity teams have advised on many high profile transactions in Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) in recent years, particularly involving energy, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications.

You will work with some of the most prominent regional and international corporates and private equity funds in their acquisition and disposition programs in CEE, often involving multiple jurisdictions.

You will be English-qualified and have 2-3 years' experience in M&A/private equity with a leading international law firm. You will possess a strong background in identifying and resolving key business and legal issues promptly and efficiently. In addition, you will have excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.

You will commit to investing the time and energy required to provide clients with a superior level of service.
