From the moment you accept an offer to join the firm, our Professional Development staff will be in touch with you to make arrangements for your arrival. Your first day will include orientation, an office tour, introductions to members of your practice group, and lunch with some associates with whom you will be working. White & Case treats laterals as it does all other associates with respect to training, compensation, benefits, and partnership prospects.

We also host an annual lateral orientation program for all lateral associates who joined any U.S. office of White & Case during the preceding year.
