Fee Agreements
We require all legal search firms with which we work to sign our fee agreement. If you would like to submit a lateral attorney candidate and do not currently have an executed fee agreement with us, please email to receive a copy of our fee agreement for your review and signature.

Fee agreements signed with the U.S. offices of White & Case are applicable only to the U.S. offices, and are not applicable to the Firm’s international offices. If you wish to submit a lateral candidate to one of the Firms’ international offices, you must sign a fee agreement with that particular international office.

Guidelines For Resume Submission
All resumes for lateral associate candidates must be submitted with a law school transcript and a cover letter specifying the office and position for which the candidate is applying.

Please only submit candidates applying for one of our Current Openings.

We will not accept applications of lateral candidates who have applied to White & Case directly or through another search firm within the preceding six months.
