Note to potential summer associates: Yes, there will be a full schedule of activities, events, lunches and informal gatherings throughout the summer.
But, let's talk about the most important parts of your summer – the people and the work. Our program is generally ten weeks long, during which you’ll get the chance to explore practice areas, work side by side with our partners and associates and build meaningful, demonstrable experience. You will take on a pro bono case, own it and make it happen.
You'll also meet the Summer Associates from all our US offices at our Summer Associate Conference in New York City. It's a full agenda of workshops, presentations and social events.
The salary is top of the line, you won’t be chained to a desk, and you will have the time of your life. It's hard to imagine you can have this much fun and still learn so much.
In short, show up prepared for a great time, leave prepared for a life as a lawyer.
