Practice Experience
Mr. Bartels is member of the real estate practice group. His focus is on commercial lease, construction and engineering law. He is advising German and international clients with respect to negotiations and the structuring of commercial lease agreements. Furthermore, he is representing clients in real estate litigation, especially the assertion of claims.

While Mr. Bartels was studying law at the Humboldt University in Berlin he was working part-time for the Hypo-Vereinsbank AG in the branches in Berlin, Munich and Prague. His focus was on real estate financing.
