Cyrille Garnier joined the Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions Department of White and Case in 2005.

He is involved in corporate transactions and specializes in mergers and acquisitions and financial markets. He also assists French and foreign issuers on their operations on regulated or organised markets: takeovers, issuing of equity and debt securities, drafting of prospectus.
