Practice Experience
Cyrille Garnier joined the Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions department of White & Case in 2005.
He is involved in corporate transactions and specializes in mergers and acquisitions and financial markets. Mr. Garnier advises French and foreign-listed or non-listed companies and investment funds in restructuring and acquisition operations, IPOs, and other general corporate law matters. He also assists French and foreign issuers on their operations in regulated or organized markets: takeovers, issuing of equity and debt securities, and drafting of prospectus.
Mr. Garnier also has experience in general corporate and contract law.
