Corinne Hauss-Löhde's main areas of practice are Competition Law and Intellectual Property. She has broad experience in the fields trademark, licensing as well as copyright.
Mrs. Hauss-Löhde specializes in trademark prosecution including proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the Office for Harmonization of the Internal Market and the World Intellectual Property Organization.
Mrs. Hauss-Löhde continuously advises national and international companies on issues regarding the formation and strategic management of extensive trademark portfolios. Her work thereby focuses on globalization, defense and licensing of trademarks.
