Practice Experience
Christian Schielke specializes in individual and collective labor and employment law. He advises clients on all legal issues arising in individual and collective labor.
His experience includes in particular the advising of companies and executives on issues related to their day-to-day HR work, collective bargaining and works constitution law and the right of co-determination.
In addition to providing non-contentious law advice, Mr. Schielke represents clients before labor law courts and civil courts. He regularly publishes articles in legal journals and speaks frequently on topical employment law issues. A main focus is in this regard the works constitution law of the Protestant Church in Germany.
Prior to joining White & Case, Mr. Schielke worked as an attorney for a leading national law firm in Eschborn/Frankfurt.
