Cheryl Tedeschi Sloane is an associate in the Firm's Litigation Group. Her areas of practice include general commercial litigation, complex construction litigation, contract disputes, and a variety of federal and state matters. Prior to joining the Litigation Group, Ms. Sloane practiced in the Firm's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group where she worked on both in-court and out-of-court restructurings and appellate matters.
