Colin West is an associate in the firm's Disputes Group. He has experience in a range of complex contract and business disputes, bankruptcy-related litigation, litigation involving foreign sovereigns, government investigations and antitrust matters.

Recent experience includes:

• Representation of the Law Debenture Trust Company of New York before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York in connection with the contested Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization of Charter Communications, Inc.
• Representation of Italian bondholders in a breach of contract action against the Argentine Republic in the Southern District of New York.
• Representation of three Indiana public pension funds in opposing the sale of Chrysler LLC's operating assets.
