Mr. Foster joined White & Case's New York office as an associate in 2002. He subsequently transferred to the Firm's Washington office in 2004. Mr. Foster is a member of the Firm's Commercial Litigation Group. He has experience in antitrust, bankruptcy and general contract dispute litigation.
