Practice Experience

David is an associate in the London Employment and Benefits group, with five years’ employment law experience gained in the City.

David advises on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. On the contentious side, David has advised clients on all aspects of unfair dismissal, sex, race and disability discrimination claims up to and including the Court of Appeal (the UK’s second highest court).

On the non-contentious side, David regularly advises employers in relation to their contractual and employment policy documentation, restructuring and redundancy (RIF) exercises as well as in relation to corporate transactions and outsourcing arrangements. David has also completed a four month secondment to a global investment bank assisting their Legal and Employee Relations teams and has detailed, hands-on experience of the demands placed on in-house counsel and HR in the employment law arena.
David is a frequent speaker at client employment seminars.
