David Hille is the Co-Chair of the Firm's Global Litigation Practice.
David is known for his sophisticated practice in complex commercial litigation and in international arbitration proceedings. David handles disputes on behalf of international clients in cases involving complex contracts, business torts, class actions, award and judgment enforcement, and intellectual property in courts throughout the US. He also has significant international and domestic arbitration experience and represents clients in an array of proceedings, including those conducted under AAA, FINRA, ICDR, UNCITRAL, ICSID, ICC, LCIA, SIAC and CPR rules.
Notable clients benefiting from David's knowledge and experience include financial institutions, life sciences companies, numerous clients in the energy sector, national and provincial governments, and sovereign wealth funds. He also has experience assisting high net worth individuals in a variety of sensitive matters.
David previously served as the head of the Firm's Disputes Section for the Americas and served two terms on the global Partnership Committee, the Firm's eight-member, elected governance body.
