The Global Women's Initiative fosters and encourages the success and advancement of White & Case's women lawyers around the world. Our current activities globally include:
- working with our regional and global leaders to develop and implement career management programs
- partnering with a number of our global clients to produce and conduct business-based programs, which enhance the skills and knowledge of our lawyers and our clients’ employees
- instituting and supporting local women's networks and other professional development activities in our offices around the world
- continually reviewing the effectiveness of our flexible work arrangement and leave policies to help support and retain our talent.
Our past achievements and activities include enhancement of our parental leave policy, introduction of our Flex Work Policy in the U.S. and London, and a wide array of networking and professional development events.
