Practice Experience
Deirdre is a member of the Investment Funds Practice Group at White & Case and has over seven years' practice experience working in Australia, the United States and Hong Kong.
She has advised on a range of investment funds and corporate related matters including:
- Representing sponsors of private equity funds in connection with the formation and operation of such funds;
- Structuring and negotiating the terms of private equity funds (including leveraged buyout funds and real estate funds);
- Representing institutional sponsors and boutique firms in the formation and operation of absolute return/hedge funds and traditional funds; and
- Legal and regulatory issues on the offering of interests in investment funds to institutional investors.
Prior to joining White & Case, Deirdre worked in leading law firms in both New York and Sydney.
Deirdre speaks fluent English, Cantonese and conversational Mandarin.
