Practice Experience
David Strelzyk-Herzog is a member of the Firm's Regulatory and Government Affairs Group. This Group advises the Firm’s clients on the increasing scope and complexity of government regulations affecting business.

Mr. Strelzyk-Herzog's practice covers a wide range of matters regulated at EU level, particularly in the following areas: Environment, Energy, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Communications and Media, and Consumer Protection. In addition, he has significant expertise in topics with an international or a transatlantic dimension such as Climate Change. He has 10 years of experience in French and EU law.

Prior to joining White & Case, he was a legislative advisor to the Chief Whip of the largest political group in the European Parliament, a position which provided him with experience in a broad range of issues and a unique understanding of the EU law-making process.

Mr. Strelzyk-Herzog works regularly in Washington DC, Paris and Brussels, where the Firm's clients benefit from his expertise in European and French legislative and regulatory issues.
