Practice Experience
David Suggs is a member of the Firm's Global Competition and Commercial Litigation groups. He focuses on antitrust, intellectual property, and complex commercial litigation matters.
His significant recent experience includes:
- Representing an ad hoc committee of bondholders in a Chapter 11 proceeding involving a theme park operator with properties throughout North America
- Defending a major credit reporting agency in a civil antitrust and intellectual property litigation
- Representing a global shipping company in a criminal antitrust action brought by the Department of Justice
- Counseling various companies with respect to investigations by the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission
- Representing a multi-national corporation in an investigation for fraud and FCPA violations
- Representing low-income women pro bono in family law matters in New York Supreme Court and New York Family Court
