Practice Experience
Euan Fergusson is a senior associate in the London Employment and Benefits Group.
Prior to joining White & Case in April 2007, Euan worked for more than three years in the employment equity and benefits department of one of the UK's "Big Four" accounting firms.
Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2002 with a major city law firm, Euan has worked exclusively in the area of employee benefits. His experience includes the planning and implementation of employee equity plans for UK and international clients, the establishment of employee trusts to facilitate such plans, bespoke planning for tax efficient arrangements, and advising management on the tax implications for their shares of MBO and other private equity-backed transactions.
Euan is a qualified chartered company secretary and prior to qualifying as a solicitor, worked for a number of years with companies in the Lloyd’s insurance broking and investment banking sectors.
