Practice Experience
Elodie Gal is an associate in the Securities Practice Group and focuses on securities offerings. Ms. Gal represents US and non-US issuers and underwriters in US registered public offerings and Rule 144A/Regulation S debt offerings.
Ms. Gal also assists with the preparation and filing of Exchange Act reports and compliance with ongoing disclosure obligations under the US federal securities laws, including requirements under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the rules of the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq National Market. Ms. Gal has worked on business acquisitions, including mergers.
Recent transactions include:
- Excel Maritime Carriers Ltd. in connection with its US$2.45 billion acquisition of Quintana Maritime Limited, an international provider of dry bulk cargo marine transportation services;
- Mobile Mini, Inc., the leading provider of portable storage solutions, in its acquisition of Mobile Storage Group, Inc. a portable storage provider in the US and the UK for US$716 million.
