Eva Jíchová's particular focus is on M&As, foreign investment, and general advisory services for corporate clients.

She gained her legal education in the Czech Republic and in the United States, where she  focused on the field of international trade law. During her studies abroad, she also had opportunity to acquaint herself with U.S. law and to pursue comparative studies of various legal systems.

At White & Case, Ms. Jíchová was involved in advisory services rendered to ČEZ in connection with the operation of regional distribution companies abroad.

Eva Jíchová also cooperated in a number of due diligence reviews that focused on corporate, labor law, and real estate issues.

In other fields of legal interest, Eva Jíchová advised, among others, foreign pharmaceutical companies that operate in the Czech market with respect to data protection issues.
