Ms. King is a litigator concentrating in trade secret, unfair competition, patent and trademark law.
Ms. King has substantial experience representing clients in a wide variety of high technology industries including semiconductor fabrication equipment, semiconductor chip design and telecommunication devices. She has represented major Silicon Valley firms in the defense of patent infringement actions and has counseled other clients in the resolution of patent disputes without the necessity of litigation.
Ms. King also has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in trade secret misappropriation, employee raiding and employee breach of fiduciary duty cases, and has counseled clients concerning the rights and obligations of individuals going into competition with their former employers.
A frequent panelist for professional presentations, Ms. King has practiced in Silicon Valley for more than 20 years. She is a Master in the Bay Area Intellectual Property Inn of Court.
