Emma Larson's primary practice areas include asset finance, bank finance, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate work, with a focus on cross-border transactions.

Significant recent experience includes representing Natixis as the SOAR lender in connection with Ex-Im Bank guaranteed loan facilities for the purchase of Boeing aircraft by various airlines; representing a syndicate of banks including BNP Paribas, Natixis, Société Générale, Calyon and Crédit Industriel et Commercial in providing a US$586 million credit facility to Globalstar, Inc., a leading provider of mobile satellite voice and data services, with credit support from Coface, the French export credit agency; representing Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social, the Brazilian Development Bank, in providing an export credit facility for the purchase of four Embraer Model ERJ 190-100 aircraft by Taca International Airlines, S.A.; representing Babcock & Brown Aircraft Management LLC in a variety of leveraged cross-border aircraft operating leases; and representing Votorantim Cimentos North America, Inc., one of the world’s largest cement companies, in the acquisition of 100 percent of the equity of Prestige/AB Ready Mix, LLC and Prestige Gunite Inc, two Florida-based cement companies, together with their affiliated entities for US$225 million.
