Ferdinand Brughmans joined White & Case Brussels in 2003. His work includes banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and corporate law. From August 2004 to July 2005 he was seconded to the Firm's São Paulo office, where he was involved in negotiating export finance agreements and credit facility agreements. He also worked on several international equity and debt offerings and listings. 

Ferdinand Brughmans concentrates on advising banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers, including arrangers and senior and mezzanine debt providers, on syndicated, bilateral secured financings, project finance, leveraged cross-border acquisition finance and refinancings. In addition, he has advised financial institutions and corporations on several high profile hostile and friendly public takeover bids. His experience also includes private equity transactions.
