Practice Experience
Falko Daub advises national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective labor and employment law.
He specializes in the labor and employment law support of M&A transactions as well as the development of respective labor and employment law provisions in business purchase agreements. Furthermore, Falko Daub advises companies on all individual and collective labor and employment law issues arising in connecting with corporate restructuring and personnel adjustment measures, including the representation of clients before labor courts throughout Germany.
Within the scope of insolvency proceedings, he frequently advises and represents insolvency administrators, in particular prior to restructuring by transfer and with regard to personnel reduction based on acquisition concepts.
