Fabian Ellert concentrates on banking and finance and advises national and international lenders, investors and companies on financing transactions and all related corporate and commercial law issues.

His legal expertise includes in particular financing of real estate portfolios and project financing.

Before joining White & Case, Mr. Ellert worked for a German-based international law firm and gained experience abroad during an internship at a multinational law firm in Toronto.
