Practice Experience

Fredrik Gillgren is a senior associate in the firm’s Bank Finance group in Stockholm. His experience includes advising Swedish and international banks and corporate clients on a wide-range of cross-border and domestic finance transactions with particular focus on public and private acquisition finance (investment grade and leveraged), real estate finance and general corporate lending.

Prior to joining White & Case in August 2007, Mr. Gillgren was a managing associate with another leading global law firm’s banking and finance group in Stockholm where he practiced from 2001.

In 2004 Mr. Gillgren practiced for six months in the legal and compliance department of an international investment bank in London.
